CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time of both our clients and service providers, we kindly ask that all appointment changes are made in advance. * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% service charge. * No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please email us directly so we can assist you promptly. * Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred when rescheduling with proper notice. * Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in a canceled or shortened service to maintain schedule flow. * Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
